Gerald Louis Acord, infant son of Mrs. and Mrs. Louis Acord, 203 North Ward street, died at 7:45 a.m. today at Ottumwa hospital. Besides his parents, he is survived by grandparents, Mrs. Walter Acord, What Cheer and Albert J. Ward, Highland Center. Short funeral services were held at 4:30 p.m. today at the Johnson funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. Walter S. Wendt. Burial was in Kirkville cemetery.
