Martha Jean Jessop, 8-day-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Jessop, died at 5 p.m. Monday at the home 1009 Hughes street. She is survived by her parents, one brother Mitchell Jessop Jr. two sisters Margaret Jessop and Eleanor Maxine Jessop and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed O. Clark of route 1 and Leonard Jessop of Ottumwa. Short funeral services will be held at 4 o'clock this afternoon at the home in charge of the Rev. Roscoe Morrison. Burial will be in the Mars Hill cemetery.
