Ardie T. Griffith, 33 died at 6:16 p.m. Friday at his home, 315 1/2 East Fifth street. Born in Martinsburg, he had been a resident of Ottumwa 15 years. Survivors are his wife, Hazel, parents James and Gusta Knowles Griffith, and a sister. Mrs. Dorothy Evans, Washington, Iowa. The body is at the Carroll Reece funeral home.
Funeral services for Ardie Griffith of 315 1/2 East Fifth street, who died Friday, November 6 will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Carroll Reece funeral home and at 3 o'clock from the Martinsburg Methodist church. Burial will be in Zion cemetery in Keokuk township. The services will be in charge of the Rev. Marsia Gonzales of Mystic and the pallbearers will be Glenn Richardson, Carl Anderson, Lealand Hutton, William Tibett, Lealand Norris and Elvin Hicks.
