Walter H. Winger, 64, former Ottumwan, died this morning in a Moline, Illinois hospital. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Edna Huff, of Rock Island. The body will arrive in Ottumwa Wednesday morning and will be at the Lester Jay funeral home pending arrangement for services. Funeral services for Walter, H. Winger, former Ottumwan who died Tuesday in Moline, Illinois, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Lester Jay funeral home in charge of the Rev Harold Roberts, pastor of the First Christian church. Interment will be in Ottumwa cemetery.
