Clifford F. Dugan 38, of 326 Carter avenue, died at the St. Joseph hospital at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was the son of Albert F. and Mary Dugan, born at Oskaloosa November 15, 1903. He had been a salesman for the Lowenberg bakery for the past five years, and a resident of Ottumwa for 13 years. Surviving are his wife, Emma, a son, Jackie, at home; a brother Chester, Oskaloosa; two sisters, Florence Glenwood, Iowa and Mrs. Buster Norris of British Columbia, Canada. Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. from the Johnson funeral chapel, conducted by the Rev. A.D. McClure of the Pentecostal church. Burial will be in the Ottumwa cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dillard Young, Tome Sconce, Basil Mill, Francis Utterback, Archie Ferrel and Clifford Jones
