Roy Victor Simpson, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert L. Simpson of Newton street, died at the Selix maternity home at 8 p.m. Surviving are his parents grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cal A. Simpson, Ottumwa, William P. Harter, Kalamazoo, Michigan and Mrs. Jessie Weltch, Ottumwa. Short services were held at 3 p.m. today at the grave in the Ottumwa cemetery, in charge of the Rev. L.E. Welshons of the First Church of the Open Bible.
