Arthur Moss, 75, of 825 Norris street, died at Mr. Pleasant hospital at 8:30 a.m. today. Mr. Moss had been a resident of Ottumwa for 34 years, but was a native born Englishman. He was born July 13, 1866. Surviving are his wife, Jennie M. two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Rapp, Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Esther Sheehan, Algona; a son Russell Moss of Newton, and a sister Mrs. G.N. Rich of Hanford, California. Funeral services for Arthur Moss, 625 Norris street, who died Monday at a Mt. Pleasant hospital, will be held from the Johnson funeral chapel at 3 p.m. Wednesday, in charge of the Rev. Harold Roberts of the First Christian church. Burial will be in the Shaul cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews, Warren Moffitt, Willis Moffitt, Maurice Moffitt, Marlon Moffitt, Lewis Moffitt and William Piersol.
