Charles Hughes, 60, died at the Wapello county hospital at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Surviving in a niece, Mrs. Paul Deveboise, Newark, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. in charge of the Rev. J.M. Johnson of the Wesley Methodist church. Burial will be in the Ottumwa cemetery.
