Harry Claude Lynch 48, of 709 North Fifth street, died suddenly apparently of a heart attack, while driving his car about 11 p.m. Tuesday. The car was going south on Wapello street and struck a tree at the Wapello and Fourth street intersection. Police said there were no skid marks on the paving. Damage to the car was slight. Mr. Lynch was found dead in the driver's seat. Coroner Gordon Traul said death was probably due to a sudden heart attack.
