Mrs. Leona (Peggy) Wetterling, 35, wife of Theodore E. Wetterling, 837 Julian street, died at the home at 3 a.m. today. The daughter of George and Sarah Fuller, she was born at Centerville August 6, 1906. She had been a resident of Ottumwa for 26 years. She was and active member of the Free Methodist church for the past eight years. Surviving besides her husband are two children. Marita and Phillip at home, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Fuller of Ottumwa, two brothers, Glenn of Ottumwa and Earl in California; a grandmother, Mrs. Frank Fuller of Centerville. A son and two sisters and a brother preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. from the Free Methodist church at the corner of Hancock street and Finley avenue with the Rev. Z. Everett Kellum in charge. Burial will be in the Ottumwa cemetery. The body will remain at the Jonson chapel until 2 p.m. Monday.
