Mrs. May Steele Fink, 49, died at her home north of Agency, Monday afternoon. Born in Calhoun county, she had lived all her life in Iowa. Surviving are her husband John, a son Walter, and her mother Mrs. Charles Steele. She was preceded in death by her father and two sisters. She had lived near Agency for most of her life, and was a member of the Christian church of Blandensburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lester Jay funeral home in Ottumwa, with burial in the Memorial Lawn cemetery. The Rev. C.R. Reed of the Willard Street Methodist church will be in charge. Pallbearers will be Mec Creamer, Harry Gandy, Loren Hawthorne, Ray Giltner, Arthur Sands and Lew Watts.
