The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Batterson, Ottumwa route 7, died at home Monday at 1:30 p.m. Surviving are his parents; a sister, Judith Ann; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.G. Batterson of Floris route 2 and Mr. and Mrs. Amos Brooks of Floris and great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Thomas of Eldon route 1. Private services were held today at the Fiedler cemetery.
