Thomas A. Fay 52, an Ottumwa resident for 15 years, died suddenly at 10:30 a.m. today at his home, 553 South Ward street. He is survived by his wife, Lillian M. three daughters, Mrs. Violet Chapman and Lillian A. Fay of Ottumwa, and Vivian A. Fay of Oskaloosa. He was preceded in death by two sons, Herman and Thomas Jr. Mr. Fay was born January 17, 1889 at Mt. Vernon New York.
Fay Funeral
Funeral services for Thomas A. Fay, who died Tuesday at his home, 553 South Ward street, will be held at the Willard Street Methodist church at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. C.R. Reed. The body will be taken to the church at 1 o'clock from the Johnson funeral chapel. Pallbearers will be Keith Zellers, Peter Hissink, Dr. S.J. Bookin, Harold Hendricks, George Swope and Gerhard Nabbefeld. Burial will be in Sherman chapel cemetery.
