Ottumwa Woman Dies At Age 91
Mrs. Mary Jane Moss, 91, died today at 11:30 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles King, 457 South Ransom street. Mrs. Moss was the daughter of Henry and Julia Williams and was born April 28, 1849, at Marysville, Iowa. She had lived in Ottumwa for the last nine years. Mrs. Moss was a member of the Batavia Church. Surviving are one son, John Moss of Ottumwa; daughters, Mrs. May King of Ottumwa, Mrs. Maude (??)
Services for Mrs. Mary Jane Moss, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles King, 457 South Ransom street Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. will be held in Johnson's funeral chapel Sunday at 1:20 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Hazel A. Nason, pastor of the Christian and Missionary Alliance church. Burial will be in the Blandensburg cemetery. Pallbearers will be Clay E. Dixon, Clarence E. Dixon, Charles (??) David George, Peter Wiseman and Bid Cupp.
