Obituary From “Ottumwa Courier,” May 24, 1927:

Mrs. Sarah Fletcher, 209 South Madison avenue, died at 12 a.m. today after a three months’ illness. She was 67 years old and is survived by five children, Mrs. Laura Cambron of Centerville; Mrs. Harriet McCracken, Alva Hopkins, Mrs. Marguerite Hopkins and Harry K. Fletcher, all of Ottumwa. Funeral arrangements have not been made.

“FLETCHER FUNERAL,” From “Ottumwa Courier,” May 25, 1927:

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Fletcher, who died at her home, 209 South Madison avenue, will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock from the Willard Street Methodist Episcopal church, the Rev. L.H. Lanning officiating. Interment will be made in the Ottumwa cemetery.
