Elor Carnes Flemming was born in
Fairfield, Ia., March 16, 1863, and died
at her home 109 1/2 South Adella street,
Ottumwa, Ia., Dec. 2, 1910, aged 47
years, 9 months and 9 days. Much of
her life was spent in the south, the
last eight years, however, were lived
in Ottumwa.
She leaves two boys, Raymond and
George Cowdery and one daughter,
Mrs. Bernice Taylor and two sisters,
Mrs. Wm. Carmel of Bloomfleld, Ia.,
and Mrs. Viola Thorne of Omaha,
Nebr.
She united with the Christian church
while young in years and never chang-
ed her membership from the place of
her earliest Christian experience. She
was united in marriage to John H.
Flemming last April. Funeral services
were conducted from the residence on
Monday, Dec. 5, at 10 a. m. S. Isaac El-
der, pastor of the Davis Street Christ-
ian church officiated. Interment In the
Shaul cemetery.—Contributed.
