Mrs. L. W. Roth, 61, died at St. Joseph's hospital Thursday at 11 PM. She was formerly a resident of the 1207 N. Wapello Street, but been a patient at the hospital for the last seven years. She was born in Wapello County May 25, 1875. She was a member of the S. O. O. B, No. 9, and the Ottumwa chapter, No. 112, O. E. S. Besides her husband Lewis Roth, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. G. G. Freyder of Chicago, and one brother, H. C. Pedrick of Douds. Funeral services will be held at the Lester Jay funeral home Saturday at 2 PM conducted by the Rev. H. Sears Thomson, D. D. Burial will be made in the Ottumwa cemetery.
