Services for Charles Fredrick Williams of Kansas City, Mo. and a former Ottumwan who died Tuesday in Kansas City of a heart attack will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Robert Palmer of the First Pentecostal Assembly of God will officiate. Burial will be in the Shaul Cemetery where a military service will be held.
The son or Orville and Esta Huntoon Williams, he was born April 14, 1931 in Ottumwa. He was a former employee of John Morrell and Co. and lived in Kansas City for 15 years. He was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; one son Jeffrey of Ottumwa; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Rocha of San Antonio, Tex; Debbie and Kellie, both at home; two stepsons, Michael and Jerry Husereaux, both at home; two grandchildren; five brothers, Jess of Bloomfield, Harold of Franklin, Mo., and Howard of Clifford, Mich., John of Kansas City, Mo. and Robert of Boonville, Mo.; and two sisters Mrs. Philura Woten of Ottumwa and Mrs. Mildred Erb of Arvada, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
