Mrs. Jennie M. Droz 83 died at 7:50 a.m. today at her home at 320 Burrus Street after a kong illness.

She was born April 7, 1876 near Brookville near in Taylor County; the daughter of Samuel and Nancy Stodter Kuntz. She had bee Ottumwa for 42 years. She married April 23, 1899 at Fairfield to ugene Droz who survives.

She is also survived by a son Vernon E. Droz and a daughter Mrs. William Brady of Ottumwa four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded by the death of her daughter Grace in 1955 and by two brothers. She was the last of her family.

Serveces willl be held at Johnson funeral home at
1:30 p.m. Pallbears will be Clyde Brereton, lloyd , Charles Droz, Jack Droze, Clarence Droz and Richard Droz. Burial will be at Shaul Cemetery.
