Mrs. Belle Burchard, 60, wife of Charles H. Burchard, died at her home, 137 S. Fellows Ave., Friday at 11:15 PM, following a long illness. Besides her husband she is survived by one son, A. L. England, Peoria, Illinois; one sister, Mrs. A. J. Wiarbaugh, Los Angeles, California; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Charles Hayes, La Grange, Illinois and one grandson, Leo England, Chicago. Funeral services were held at the Lester Jay funeral home, Monday at 2 PM conducted by the Rev. C. A. Field. Burial be made the Ottumwa cemetery. The body will be at the home 137 S. Fellows Ave., tonight and Sunday.
