Cecil Sheehan 79, formerly of 1214 E. 4th St. died at the home of her son Tim Sheehan of Rockford, ILL. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Revs. James Grubb and William Dawson officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. The rosary will be recited 7:30 today at Reece Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Jim and Austin Wilbanks. Christopher Guevera and Art VandeWeerdhof.
