KATHY JO SELIX

Kathy Jo Selix, 10-day-old daughter of Sgt. and Mrs. Joseph Sherwood Selix, former Ottumwans, died at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wis. The father is stationed at Truax Air Force Base there.
Besides the parents, she is survived by the grandparents, Mrs. Goldie Johnson, Rock Island, Ill., Walter Winningham, Ottumwa, Mrs. Russell Selix, Ottumwa, and the great-grandfather, John Winningham, living in Missouri.
The casket will arrive here Wednesday afternoon and will be taken to the Johnson funeral chapel awaiting completion of arrangements.

SELIX SERVICES

Graveside services for Kathy Jo Selix, 10 day old daughter of Sgt. and Mrs. Joseph Sherwood Selix, former Ottumwans, who died Tuesday morning at the St. Mary's hospital at Madison, Wis., will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Memorial Lawn cemetery. The Rev. W.B. Friend, pastor of the Pentecostal church, will be in charge. The body is now at the Johnson funeral chapel.
