Kelly Dawn Cottrell;daughter of Dennis and Vickie Sur Carr Cottrell; died at the military hospital at 6:45 a.m. Grandparents were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Carr of Ottumwa and Mr. and Mrs. Art Cottrell of Agency route 1; two great grandmothers; Mrs. Lela Carr and Mrs. Eva Cassett of Ottumwa.

Graveside services wil be held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Memorial lawn Cemetery. Johnson funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
