Mrs. Elizabeth Swift Miller 74, wife of John Miller died at her home at 506 South Ward Street Friday night at 10:30 p.m.

She was born in Monroe County March 29, 1861, and had lived in Ottumwa for the Last thirty years.

Surviving are her husband; one son John Edward of Ottumwa, two daughters; Mrs. William Burgeson, Mrs. C.W. Mountin of Rock Island, ILL., and ten grandchildren. She was preseded in death by one daughter Lottie.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Johnson funeral home. Burial will be at Shaul cemetery.
