Benjamin Swope, 90 died at 1042 Tuttle Street today at 7:00 a.m.

He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. John Swope and was born in IOwa in 1850.

Surviving is a daughter Mrs. Harriett Bernhard of Chula Vista, Ca.*
(Born Jan 10, 1889 to Benjamin & Phoebe Ellen Clark Swope)

He was preceded in death by his wife Ellen; and a daughter Mrs. Anna Herrman.

Services for Benjamin who died Wednesday will be held at Johnson funeral home Friday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery.
