EVA ROUNCEVILLEOTTUMWA~Eva M. Rounceville, 77, of 234 S. Schuyler, died at 4:26 p.m. Dec. 20, 1989, at the Davenport Medical Center in Davenport.
She was born Aug. 7, 1912, in Iowa County, to Melvin and Bertha Cheney Shedenhelm. She married Frank C. Rounceville on Sept. 17, 1936, in Ottumwa. He died June 4, 1983.
She was a former employee of John Morrell & Company, Canteen Services, and was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sons, Jack of Flippin, Ark., Larry of Chicago, Ill., Michael of Henderson, N.C. and Martin of Ottumwa; three daughters, Valetta Soderberg of Davenport, Rita Snook of LeClaire and Sandra Judy of Flippin, Ark.; 29 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Eugene Shedenhelm of Ottumwa.
She was preceded in death by an infant son Hubert; another son Frank. Jr.; and infant daughter; and another daughter Connie.
Funeral services are pending at the Johnson Funeral Chapel in Ottumwa.
