Jacob Groves

I’m currently working on my family tree and am trying to find the parents of Jacob Groves. What I know about him is he was born in Adams, county, Ohio 7/24/1806, and died 8/27/1873. He was married to Ruhama, marriage date November 25 or 27, 1830. They moved to Van Buren county and I believe were some of the early pioneers. Not sure about this but he might have had a sister, Mary Groves, who married Ralph Peterson, who also migrated from Adams county Ohio to Van Buren county. I found info on this site that Mary’s parents died when she was young, leaving her an orphan. I am intrigued by the strength she (and Jacob if he’s related) must have had. If anyone has any info on Jacob Groves please let me know. I know there are better genealogists than me, so I’m hoping one of you can help. Thank you in advance!
