I am searching for any information on Jesse Walker who died in 1862 of the measles after enlisting in the Iowa 30th Infantry Vols Company D. He enlisted in Van Buren County and may have lived there prior to 1860 when he was living with the White family in Clark County MO. His wife was Susannah White. He was at least part Native American. Please help I'm stuck.
