Back to Oaks/Russell Cemetery...

There is a William Hargrove buried in Oaks/Russell. Details:

HARGROVE, Wm. L. (died 3 Mar 1879 at the age of 78y 11m 4dy)

I do not see any evidence of Rebecca, though his gravestone is directly next to roughly 15 other Hargrove family members. If I had to guess, I would suspect there might have been a brother to William (i.e. Alexander H.) - and many of these family members are descendants of Alexander. The brother idea is just a guess.
