My maiden name is Sawvell. My father died when I was very young. I know my grandfather was originally in Prarie Du Chien ws and moved to Iowa when he met my grandmother but died when my father was very young and my grandmother remarried and her new husband raised my father and his siblings. I too am interested in my fathers side of my family. I dont know if you are related. I know my grandfathers name was Bill and I know he had children with his first marriage who I assume is still in the wisconsin area.
