I don't see any obits listed on the VB Genealogy web site for these folks; however, here is some help...

Go to the Social Security Death Index:

http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi

Search on both Flaudia and Harold Strout. Both are listed with their last known residences being in Marion, Iowa (Linn Co.), which is just outside of Cedar Rapids. You might be able to do some searching for obits from that county...? You'll also be able to get some more exact dates from that Social Security site.
