Searching for information on William Ralph Phillips, b. 2/18/1827 (West Virginia) d. 4/16/1864 in Farmington, Iowa. William married Eliza Ann Billingsley in 1846 and they had 7 children. They moved to Iowa and remained until his death. Eliza and the children apparently moved to Oklahoma after his death. Eliza is burried in Sharon Oklahoma but not William. Looking for his grave (in Farmington???)
