SILAS A. MCDANIEL

Silas A. Mc Daniel, 57, formerly of Bridgton, Maine, died Tuesday, November 19th, 1974, at a Rockville, Connecticut, hospital following a long illness.

He was born here, May 2, 1917, son of Harold and Elfreda Smith McDaniel. He attended Bridgton schools.

Mr. McDaniel left Bridgton in 1950 and was employed by Amerville Corp. of Rockville, Conn., until his retirement in 1967. He was a member of El Bethel Fellowship Church in Rockville, Connecticut, and was a World War II veteran.

He is survived by his wife, the former Irma Johnston of Rockville, Connecticut; a sister, Mrs. Geneva Kenison of Bridgton; an uncle, two aunts, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Advent Christian Church of Bridgton. Interment was in Forest Hills Cemetery, Bridgton.
