Rose M. Ferrel

Rose Marie Ferrel, daughter of Albert and Margaret Witt McCracken, was born October 30 in Van Buren County and died the evening of Tuesday, April 24, 1990 at Mercy Hospital, Davenport, at the age of 59.

She grew up in the Bentonsport Community, graduated from Keosauqua High School, and was employed many years by J.I Case Co., Bettendorf.

Surviving are a son, Michael of Minneapolis, Minn. and two brothers, Robert R. McCracken, Fort Madison and Delbert McCracken, Keosauqua, a sister, Helen Warren, Moville, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 28, 1990 at 2 p.m. at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, with pastor Alan Hafner officiating. Interment was in Mount Moriah Cemetery north of Douds. Memorials were established for the American Cancer Society and the American Lung Association.
