Nina Phelps

Funeral services for Mrs. Dewey (Nina) Phelps, Mt. Pleasant, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at the Harrisburg Baptist Church north of Bonaparte with the Rev. Ed Newman and the Rev. Hugh A. Shiveley officiating.

Mrs. William Carter was the organist and Mrs. Merlin Donnolly was the vocalist.

Casket bearers were Dennis Anderson, Robert Brombaugh, John Dodds, Tony McLeland, Dave Phelps and Wayne Phelps. Interment was in the Vale Cemetery north of Bonaparte.

Mrs. Phelps, 84, died Monday, Sept. 28, 1987. The Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
