Wilford Cook

KEOSAUQUA - Wilford Cook, 80, of Keosauqua died Feb. 18, 1987, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.

He was born June 30, 1906, near Richland to Raymond and Stella Reighard Cook. A retired farmer, he attended school in Richland, lived in the Fairfield area for 60 years and then moved to Stockport area in 1961. He married Eula Nordyke Aug. 28, 1926, in Bloomfield.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Jerry of St. Peters, Mo.; two grandchildren; a brother, Wilbur of Fairfield; and a sister, Wilda Smith of Fairfield.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Friends Cemetery in Richland, Gary Douglas officiating.

Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. Thursday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Heart Association.
