Arlow Gill

RICHLAND - Arlow William Gill, 67, of Richland died March 5, 1987, at his home.

He was born Nov. 20, 1919, in Glasgow to Perry Elmer and Mae Ruth Garmoe Gill. He married Doris Irene Nelson Feb. 8, 1943, in Kahoka, Mo.

He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Janet Gilbert of Davenport, Betty Gill at home, Joann Scearcy of Libertyville, and Susan Nelson of Palmdale, Calif.; two sons, Terry of Marshalltown and William of Richland; 12 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; his mother Mae Gill of Hillsboro; two brothers, Eugene Gill of Pensacola, Fla., and Kenneth Gill of Fairfield; and three sisters, Bessie Loving of Hillsboro, Pauline Vandenberg of Burlington, and Wanita Milks of Salem.

The service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, the Rev. Naomi Lock officiating. Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday evening at the funeral home.
