Darlene Arnold

Darlene "Dolly" Arnold, age 59 of R.R. 1, Fairfield, Iowa died at 9:00 A.M. Thursday, April 30, 1987 at University Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. She was born May 26, 1927 in Selma, Iowa, the daughter of Gale and Fern Nason Dooley.

She married Glenn Arnold, June 25, 1950 in LaPlata, Mo.

She was head bookkeeper and co-owner of Fairfield Livestock Commission for the past 27 years.

Dolly Arnold is survived by her husband, mother of Oskaloosa, Iowa and a twin brother, Dick Dooley of Des Moines, Iowa.

Also surviving are one niece and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services for Dolly Arnold was at 2 P.M. Monday, May 4, 1987 at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with Rev. Clair Odell officiating.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family visitation will be 7 to 8:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be left to the American Cancer Society.
