Gladys Six

MILTON - Gladys V. Six, 85, died July 15, 1986, at the Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

She was born April 18, 1901, in Agusta, to Louis C. and Marietta Shumate Hansen. She married Earl Six on Aug. 8, 1920, in Troy. He died Sept. 6, 1984.

She is survived by two sons, Richard of Blue Springs, Mo., and Paul of Independence, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Helen Nason and Alice McMickle of Milton, and Charlotte Klestinski of Rantoul, Ill.

The service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Milton Methodist Church, the Rev. Andrew Rubenking officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Milton.

The casket will be closed at the beginning of the service.

Visitation will be 7-8 p.m. Friday at Preiseter's Funeral Chapel in Milton.

A memorial has been established to Milton Methodist Church.
