Leah Irma Prall, 94, of 528 S. Garfield Ave. died at 3:17 a.m. Friday, June 13, 15 the Burlington Care Center.
She was born Aug. 16, 1891, at Pulaski, to William C. and Mary Alice Cantril Searight. She married Frank Earl Prall St. on June 7, 1915, in Cantril; he died Feb. 2, 1979.
She had retired after serving as Mount Sterling postmaster for 23 years.
Surviving are one son, Frank E. Prall Jr., Burlington; a half-sister, Ora Roberts, Keosauqua; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Prugh's Funeral Chapel from 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service for Mrs. Prall will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Cantril United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Charles Butler officiating. Burial will be in the Cantril Cemetery.
