FAIRFIELD - Mary Jerrel Giberson, 84, of Fairfield died at 9 p.m. May 8, 1986, at the Nelson Nursing Home, where she resided.
She was born Nov. 16, 1901, near Stockport to Samuel and Amelia Liblin Jerrel. She married Claude Fleagle in November 1921. She married Ervin Giberson in August 1927.
She is survived by a son, Elmer Fleagle of Burlington; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Clifford Jerrel of Fairfield; and a sister, Betha Siebert of Ottumwa.
The service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Raymond Funeral Home, the Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in Wright Cemetery southeast of Fairfield.
Visitation will be from 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials have been established to the Nelson Nursing Home Activity Fund or the Four Square Church.
