Neil R. Wenke, 23, of Freeport, Ill., died Saturday, May 10, at the Freeport Memorial Hospital.
He was born Feb. 23, 1963 in Fort Madison, the son of Carl J. Wenke and Shirley Graber.
Survivors include his mother of Freeport; and sisters Mrs. Larry (Gail) Schmitz of Barnett, Mo., Dixie Wenke of Bonaparte and Deanna Jinkens of Wayland, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Hofbauer funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. Gerald Hoenig officiating. Burial will be in the Gethsemane Cemetery in Fort Madison.
The family will meet with friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
