Mrs. Ruth M. Mitchell, 79, formerly of Camelot Towers, Ottumwa, died in Burlington Medical Center Wednesday, Jan. 15.

She was born in Van Buren County Aug. 8, 1906, to William and Meta Hill Kinsinger. She married Harold Mitchell at Bloomfield in 1927; he died Feb. 1, 1972.

Surviving: A daughter, Ramona Bradley, Burlington; a brother, Neil Kinsinger, Milton; and two grandchildren.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, Robertson-Jay Funeral Home, Ottumwa, the Rev. Laurence Garrett; Milton Cemetery at Milton. An American Lung Association memorial has been established.
