LETTIE H. SMITH

Lettie H. Smith, 88, died at 11:10 p.m. November 10, 1991, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

She was born Nov. 6, 1903, in Mercer County, Pa., to Peter and Della Lightner McWilliams.

She had been a resident of Parkview Care Center since January 1987. She previously had been a homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters, Vivian Bloomquist of Birmingham and Marlene Domenig and Ruth Calhoun of Des Moines; two sons, Paul Wiseman of Grove City, Pa., and Robert Wiseman of Fairfield; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Her body was donated to the University of Iowa Medical School. Services will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the Heart Fund in care of Behner Funeral Home or Robert Wiseman, 708 S. Fifth St., Fairfield.

Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield was in charge of arrangemens.
