Mrs. Genevieve M. Boeding

Mrs. Genevieve m. Boeding, 63, of West Point, died Sunday, April 14, 1985 in the Burlington Medical Center, following a brief illness.

Mrs. Boeding was born March 18, 1922, in West Point and was a lifelong resident of the community. She was of the Christian faith.

On Aug. 22, 1942, in Grand Island, Neb., she was married to Leonard J. Boeding, who survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Donald, Fred and Stanley, all of West Point; a daughter, Mrs. Steve (Geraldine) Lyon of Stockport; a sister, Mrs. Harold (Shirley) Small of Wapello and 10 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Her parents were Jennings F. and Helen DeLashmutt Myers.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Link Funeral Home in West Point with the Rev. Gerald Stouvenel officiating.

The rosary was recited at 3 p.m. Tuesday and at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday by the parish.

A memorial has been established with Marquette schools Inc. Contributions may be made at the Link Funeral Home.
