Mary Smith

Mary Jane Smith, 62, of Farmington died Oct. 31, 1985 at Barnes Hospital.

She was born Oct. 31, 1923, in Ottumwa to Roy William and Anna Miltia Calvert. She married Forrest Gerald Smith.

She is survived by her husband; a son, Forrest Eugene of St. Louis; three daughters, Betty Lou Phillips and Mary Louise Rider of St. Louis and Donna Jean Walker of Farmington; 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two brothers, Mike Calvert of Ottumwa and Donald Calvert of California; and a sister, Madge Besco of Ottumwa.

A service was held at Cozean Cahpel(err), the Rev. Robert Thurman officiating. Burial was in Hillview Memorial Garrdens.
