GERTRUDE STRAH

Gertrude Strah, 71, of Farmington died Monday, August 26, 1985 at 3:20 p.m. at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua.

She was born November 8, 1913 at Farmington to Richard and Nellie Hellwig Moreland.

On November 17, 1940 she married Harvey Strah at Palmyra, Missouri. She was a lifelong Farmington resident.

On sister, Thelma Moreland of Farmington, survives. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother.

Services were Wednesday, August 28, 1985 at 1:30 p.m. at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington with interment in Greenglade Cemetery. Reverend Jim Rozendall officiated. A memorial has been established to the E.M.T. unit, Farmington.
