Mrs. Bertha E. Fett

Mrs. Bertha Edith Fett, 87, of Donnellson, died at 3 p.m. Monday, March 25, 1985 at the Donnellson Manor Care Center.

Mrs. Fett was born Jan. 2, 1898, in Van Buren County township. She had lived in Farmington for several years before returning to Donnellson. She was a member of the Embury Methodist Church of Argyle and the United Methodist Women's Organization.

On June11, 1924, at Donnellson, she was married to Otto H. Fett, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by a son, Clifford, of rural Farmington; a daughter, Mrs. Dwight (Mildred) Krebill of Donnellson, a sister, Cora Fett of Donnellson and 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, four brothers and a sister. Her parents were George and Bertha Wallingford Meinhardt.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. March 28 at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. Donald Strickler officiating. Burial was in the Evangelical cemetery.

A memorial was established with the Embury Methodist Church.
