Mrs. Frances L. Ware

Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Louise Ware were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday February 23, 1985 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Farmington with the Rev. Ron Young officiating. Burial was in Green Glade cemetery.

Mrs. Ware, 79, of Farmington, died at 10:05 a.m. Thursday, February 21, at the Donnellson Manor Care Center.

She was born Sept. 12, 1905, in Farmington and spent most of her life in the Farmington area. A retired school teacher, she had taught school for 54 years and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She was also a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Farmington.

On Jan. 15, 1955, at Farmington, she was married to William M. Ware, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by a nephew and three nieces. Glen Ware of Donnellson is a brother-in-law of the deceased and Trilby Gaston of Fort Madison is a sister-in-law of the deceased.

She was preceded in death by a brother. Her parents were William and Alpha Good Singleton.

The body was at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson.

A memorial was established to the Farmington library.

Casketbearers were Tom Rider, Robert Hambright, Donald Walton, Keith Muntz, Fred Anders, and C.H. Schakle.
