Lucile Fletcher
Lucile Hazel Fletcher, 64, of 700 35th St., Marion, died at 5 p.m. Aug. 8, 1985, at Ottumwa Regional health Center.
She was born Feb. 21, 1921, in Ottumwa to Ernest and Fern Scearcy Canady. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church. She had worked at Rockwell International Corporation in Cedar Rapids.
She is survived by a daughter, Diane Hetzler of Ottumwa; two brothers, Clarence Canady of Algona and Roy Canady of Douds; two sisters, Eileen Kunzman of Douds and Velma Brady of Cedar Rapids; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by a son.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Robertson-Jay Funeral Home, the Rev. David Bevington of the First Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
the family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
